Dear Doc Ping:
Just a brief note to let you know how much we appreciate the way you treated Charles and to let you know it will not be forgotten by the family.
I have enclosed an article which appeared in our local paper regarding the college pro days around the country. You will note that you are specifically mentioned and the training schedule that you designed, it outlined for the world to see.
Charles says he feels he has improved tremendously from the training and the attention that you gave him. Rest assured your work is not in vain for both his physical and mental attitude is improved.
Again, thank you for your work and being the type of man we could trust with our son. I am sure we will be in contact in the near future regarding Charles.
